How do I check my email enquiries are working?
The first step to check your enquiries are being sent correctly via the Sawday's website is to send a test booking yourself. Head to www.sawdays.co.uk and search for your place by place name, your surname or your individual PL (place) ID.
What if they're not reaching my inbox?
- Check your junk folder. If the email from email@example.com has been filtered as junk - change the filter settings so that any subsequent email is not automatically sent to the junk email folder. Adding our enquiries email to your address book can also help.
- If that doesn't work, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0)117 204 7810. We can trace all enquiries and check the correct email has been entered.
