How do I recognise a scam enquiry?

Unfortunately scam enquiries are very common and anyone can be targeted. A scammer might contact you through our website, your own website or anywhere else your details are publicly available. There’s very little that we can do to prevent them contacting you, so please be vigilant.

If the enquiry seems in any way suspicious, for instance if they ask you for your bank details, request strange financial arrangements or say that they will overpay, then ignore it completely.

The best advice we can offer owners is to use common sense, always remain vigilant and be wary of any unusual enquiries. If you are ever unsure whether a booking enquiry is genuine or not then do telephone us and we can help.
