How do I check my email enquiries are working?

The first step to check your enquiries are being sent correctly via the Sawday's website is to send a test booking yourself. Head to and search for your place by place name, your surname or your individual PL (place) ID.

What if they're not reaching my inbox?

  • Check your junk folder. If the email from has been filtered as junk - change the filter settings so that any subsequent email is not automatically sent to the junk email folder. Adding our enquiries email to your address book can also help.
